Pansophic Learning is seeking a Field Engineering Manager to lead field technicians across multiple school sites. You will blend technical operations with brand stewardship, ensuring our environments reflect excellence in technology integration, reliability, and presentation.

You will mentor internal staff, manage external partners, and drive consistent, brand-aligned service. The role requires travel up to 25% and a strong focus on safety, standards, and customer experience.

Competenze

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to support users while reinforcing technical and brand standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical staff and partner vendors.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 25% and adapt work hours based on school site needs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and meet physical demands of school site work.

• Brand Management & Site Standards: custodianship of brand and technology standards; site inspections.
