Ramboll Group A/S seeks an experienced Senior EHS Consultant in Italy, focusing on Environmental, Health & Safety due diligence and compliance projects for diverse clients. You will work with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to assess risks, conduct audits, and support transaction-related advisory activities across industries.
The role requires strong knowledge of Italian EHS legislation and excellent communication with clients and stakeholders in both Italian and English.

As our new Senior EHS Consultant, you will support the delivery of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Due Diligence and Compliance projects for private equity, corporate and financial clients across a variety of industrial sectors. You will work closely with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to assess EHS risks and liabilities, conduct compliance reviews and audits, and support transaction-related advisory services throughout the M&A lifecycle.
The role requires a strong understanding of both environmental and occupational health & safety regulations, together with the ability to identify material EHS risks, evaluate compliance status, and communicate findings effectively to clients and stakeholders.
Candidates can work in a fully hybrid working pattern from our Rome or Milan office in line with our flexible working policy.
You will be part of our successful team composed of engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, chemists, biologists, etc., working together in an international network for a variety of projects regarding mainly contaminated site management, expert services, permitting, due diligence, impact assessment, water treatment, health and safety, climate risk and sustainability.
