Join Euronext Group as Risk Analyst for our Diversified Services Business with an International Graduate Program.

Are you ready to advance your career with the leading pan-European market infrastructure? Euronext Group is seeking a proactive candidate to join our Risk team from February 2026 for an initial period of 12 months, in Milan.

The Risk team is in charge of identifying and documenting various risks Euronext may face. Euronext's diversified services business include Euronext FX, Nord Pool, Commodities and Commcise.

You will be primarily responsible for:
  • Supporting management in business and support functions by identifying, analysing and advising on mitigation and risks across functions, entities and projects.
  • Developing, managing and monitoring key risk indicators, and promoting risk awareness throughout Euronext's organisation.
  • Conducting ongoing reviews of methodologies, policies and best practices, providing recommendations for improvement and supporting their implementation.
  • Drawing on technical knowledge to contribute to risk management in projects and other relevant activities, and developing and communicating on risk appetite and usage for decision-making.
  • Identifying risks and producing risk profiles with the business, facilitating management responses and presenting these to senior managers as required.
  • Analysing and interpreting complex data to provide regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders, taking appropriate action or escalating as necessary.
  • Using technical skills to improve existing reporting and develop new solutions where needed.
  • Applying expert understanding of legislation, compliance requirements and external best practices to enhance risk monitoring and reporting.
Your Profile:
  • Master's degree in economics, finance, business or other relevant field.
  • Experience or strong interest in risk management and financial markets.
  • Knowledge of the company's markets, operations or finance an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other Euronext languages is appreciated.
  • Innovative, energetic, optimistic, structured and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly learn other software.
  • Good knowledge of risk management principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels including senior executives, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work well on own initiative.
