Pillar is building a financial operating system for the construction industry, leveraging AI to streamline a massive, slow market. As a Revenue & CRM Operations Intern in Milan, you will work with Sales, Marketing and Leadership to support systems and insights powering growth, gaining a frontline view of how a fast-scaling SaaS company runs its revenue engine.

You’ll help improve operations, analyze performance, and contribute to strategic projects while partnering with cross-functional teams in

Competenze

• Recent graduate in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data or similar.
• Curious about SaaS, startups and growth.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets).
• Structured in thinking and organized in work; interested in both analysis and execution.

Mansioni

• Build visibility into revenue funnel with dashboards and reports.
• Maintain CRM data (HubSpot) and improve pipeline hygiene; support lead routing.
• Support high-impact CRM/ops projects such as attribution and process improvements.
