Pillar is hiring a Web Growth Engineer in Milan to build and optimize our online acquisition engine. You will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Data, driving growth through web optimization, analytics, and a data-driven mindset.

Competenze

• Frontend development experience with modern frameworks (Next.js/React).
• Experience with analytics and tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel).
• Experience in CRO, A/B testing, or growth projects.
• Metrics-driven focus on CPC, CAC, LTV and funnel optimization.
• Willingness to test, measure, and iterate quickly.

Mansioni

• Develop and optimize the website with a focus on conversion and performance.
• Implement A/B tests, experiments, and advanced tracking systems.
• Continuously improve funnels, landing pages, and CRO.
• Work on technical SEO and performance (Core Web Vitals, site structure, indexing).
• Collaborate with marketing to launch new high-impact pages and campaigns.
• Build dashboards and measurement systems to understand what works and what doesn’t.
