Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and leading a team.
• Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets in retail.
• Understanding store operations including stock, payroll and rota.
• Experience delivering 1-2-1 service and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Support and deputise the management team in delivering KPIs and profit opportunities.
• Implement daily/weekly sales targets for the store team.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance via reports and updates.
• Assist with store operations: stock, payroll, admin, rota.
• Enhance the customer journey with excellent 1-2-1 service.
• Inspire and develop the team through training and product knowledge.
