Nestlé Italy is seeking a Sell Out Specialist to oversee the Retail channel and ensure correct implementation of channel and category policies defined by Trade Marketing with the customer. You will coordinate with Trade Marketing and Sell-In to plan local activities, manage the point of sale, and ensure availability and visibility of products in stores.

You will also negotiate orders and shelf space trading at select outlets.

Competenze

• Degree in Business Management/Trade Marketing required.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team under pressure.

Mansioni

• Oversee the Retail channel ensuring correct policy implementation.
• Agree local activities with customers by coordinating with Trade Marketing and Sell-in.
• Manage point of sales, ensuring product availability and visibility.
• Negotiate orders and shelf space at selected points of sale.
• Build relationships with store managers and analyze promo performances.
