Job summary

Dils in Milan is seeking a motivated In Town Retail Consultant to drive business development and client relationships in the Retail segment. You will identify opportunities, manage end-to-end relationships with landlords and tenants, and support portfolio growth.

Fluent English required; a degree in Economics and 5–7+ years in retail real estate are preferred. The role involves negotiating leases, analyzing performance KPIs, and delivering value to clients in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Real Estate Broker
• 5–7+ years in Retail Real Estate, Leasing/Agency or Portfolio Management
• Degree in Economics or related discipline
• Proven origination and client development track record
• Strong knowledge of retail market dynamics and KPIs
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Origination & business development within the Retail segment, managing leads through to conversion
• End-to-end client relationship management with landlords and tenants
• Lead commercial advisory in negotiations, leasing strategy and asset positioning
• Oversee lease negotiation and renegotiation to align with profitability and risk
• Manage renewals, surrenders, and sublease processes to optimize portfolio performance
