Guerlain Italy is seeking a Retail Performance Analyst to spearhead strategic retail analysis, drive BI reporting, and support decision-making for Brand General Manager. You will translate data into actionable insights across marketing, sales, and retail teams, ensuring accuracy and impactful recommendations.

The role requires strong Excel/Power BI skills, excellent communication, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent analytical capabilities with a strongly data-driven mindset.
• Precision, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration to influence stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills for non-technical audiences and senior management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of Italian and English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Retail performance reporting and advanced analytics across reporting plans vs objectives.
• Lead collection and interpretation of retail sales data for weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
• Monitor overall retail performance, identify trends, deviations, and productivity drivers.
• Conduct in-depth market and competition analysis to inform positioning.
• Develop benchmark analyses and sell-out forecasts for product launches.
• Perform post-launch analyses against targets and updated estimates.
• Assess door productivity and store level performance to identify improvements.
• Develop BI solutions (Excel, Power BI) and dashboards for Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, Retail, Training.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Retail to support budgets and management reviews.
• Present findings clearly to senior leadership to influence decisions.
