Guerlain Italy is seeking a Retail Performance Analyst to drive and execute strategic analysis, monitor retail performance versus targets, and support critical business decisions. The role emphasizes autonomy and translating data into actionable insights for multiple departments within the Maison.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in economics, business administration, management engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent Italian and English communication, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and manage complex data models to assess retail results and plan performance.
• Lead collection, analysis, and interpretation of retail sales data for strategic reports.
• Monitor and evaluate overall retail performance, identifying trends and productivity drivers.
• Develop benchmarks and sell-out forecasts for new product launches and planning.
• Perform productivity and profitability analyses for individual points of sale across the network.
• Manage BI solutions and dashboards for Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, Retail, and Training.
