Job summary

Henkel Italy is seeking a Business Analyst Intern in Net Revenue Management to support analyses and tool development that inform pricing, promotions, and trade investments for Laundry & HomeCare and Beauty brands. You will work with Excel, Power Query, and Power BI to turn data into actionable insights.

The role is a hybrid position in Milan, open to Master's students or recent graduates in quantitative fields, with fluent Italian and English, and starting in January.

Qualifications

• Master's student or recent graduate in Economics, Management, Engineering or other quantitative disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with numerical data.
• Advanced MS Excel is a must.
• Knowledge of PowerQuery, PowerPivot, Power BI, DAX, Python is a plus.
• Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support analyses and tools feeding commercial decisions for well-known brands in Laundry & HomeCare and Beauty portfolios.
• Analyze sales, pricing, profitability data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the update and improvement of dashboards and reports (Excel, Power Query, Power BI) for Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams.
• Support pricing and promotion scenario analyses (e.g. impact on volume and margin).
• Keep monthly trackers/reports up to date, combining market data and internal data.
• Contribute to harmonizing tools and ways of working across categories, channels and customers.
• Support local roll-out of European and Global projects.
