Job summary

NORMAL A/S is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to connect People Development initiatives with daily store operations across Italy. Based in the Rome area with national mobility, you will drive recruitment, onboarding and leadership development, acting as a business partner to store leadership and regional managers.

You will participate in leadership group meetings and contribute to the People agenda, while supporting expansion plans across Italy and maintaining a strong focus on

Qualifications

Proven experience as a People Business Partner in retail/FMCG (GDO) sector with a focus on recruitment and leadership development.
You have worked in a leadership role yourself.
Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English.

Responsibilities

Drive and support recruitment processes at management level (Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, HQ functions).
Be a sparring partner for Regional Managers, strengthening leadership pipeline.
Drive and support onboarding of new employees and managers.
Support internal management training courses and run workshops.
Facilitate leadership development initiatives and translate concepts into practice.
Contribute to development and implementation of People Development activities and People Agenda.
