ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to support inventory, shipments, replenishment and store-floor execution. You will maintain visual standards, assist with floor sets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize store performance and guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring client-centric experience, high energy, empathy and a drive to excel both individually and as part of a team. This role requires physical capability for lifting and standing throughout shifts.

Mansioni

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and partner with the GM to address gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor updates and supply management.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with teams across budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendors.
• Foster a safe work environment with stockroom standards and processes.
• Move on the retail floor to support business needs and guests.
• Assist in implementing company directives with Operations & Visual Manager.
• Aid in product flow, merchandising placement and daily replenishment.
• Use metrics to inform business-driving decisions and improve customer experience.
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
