ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to join the store team and drive profitability and efficiency. You will work with the Operations & Visual Manager and Operations Lead to execute inventory management, replenishment, and floor set tasks while maintaining visual standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include supporting shipment and receiving, stockroom processes, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize store operations.

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and escalate gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendors, technology and facilities.
