ALO is a mindful movement brand focused on studio-to-street impact. The Operations Lead is a key member of the store leadership team responsible for driving profitability and efficiency by leading inventory, scheduling and guest service.

You will partner with the Operations & Visual Manager, coach the team, oversee the Operations Associates and ensure strong stockroom standards, safety and visual excellence on the floor.

Mansioni

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues with the GM.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Uphold strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support stockroom safety and efficient operations.
• Partner with Ops & Visual Manager on budgets, reports, and vendor relations.
• Use performance data to drive business strategies and guest experience.
• Move on the floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Oversee and develop Operations Associates and provide feedback.
