Tory Burch is seeking a seasoned Retail IT Manager to lead the UK and EU retail technology landscape, overseeing POS upgrades, store openings, and infrastructure refreshes. You will guide end-to-end deployments, balance budgets, and collaborate with Retail Operations, Helpdesk and Security to align IT with business needs.

You will manage vendor partnerships to ensure high availability of CRM, mPOS, and store networks while driving strategic planning for retail technology evolution.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years IT experience; at least 6 in a retail environment.
• Proven track record deploying modern POS systems and retail applications.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, store infrastructure, and customer-facing technologies.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel across UK and EU regions.
