Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related analytical discipline
Early career experience or strong academic background in real estate, finance or economics (internships or relevant coursework valued)
Financial modelling skills with proficiency in Excel
Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Word for preparing professional materials
Solid analytical capability with a clear interest in retail and real estate capital markets & investing
Commercial mindset and strong interpersonal skills
Fluent business English and Italian; additional European languages are a plus

Responsibilities

Support sell-side transaction execution from pitch to closing, including preparing marketing materials, investment memoranda, financial analysis, coordinating due diligence, and managing viewings and client meetings
Underwrite buy-side acquisition opportunities through detailed financial modelling, analyzing cash flows, tenant performance, and risk-adjusted returns to determine pricing aligned with investor hurdle rates
Research market opportunities, track competitive activity, and support relationships with institutional investors, funds, and developers
