Job summary

Hines Italy’s Asset Management team in Milan is seeking a highly motivated intern to support senior team members on a wide range of activities within asset management, leasing and investment analysis. This role offers exposure to financial modelling, market analysis and collaboration with investors and advisors.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Economics, Finance or Real Estate, with strong English, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a proactive, autonomous approach to handling

Qualifications

• Studied or studying towards a degree in Economics, Finance or Real Estate.
• Exams completed or close to completion with final dissertation in progress.

Responsibilities

• Update financial models with actuals and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis and sensitivities on the models, comparing returns outcomes.
• Support asset management activities including leasing and sale processes.
• Provide financial and qualitative analyses and prepare investment memos for Board Approvals.
• Draft documents and presentations for internal/external use and governance bodies.
• Liaise with investors, lenders, brokers, tenants and legal/tax advisors.
• Join commercial due diligence activities including market analysis and lease reviews.
• Support the project management team on the technical activities.
