Job summary

Moncler seeks a D-Commerce Buyer for its Milan office to drive online assortments for Man RTW, Footwear, and Leather Goods, ensuring digital needs across eCommerce regions are covered.

You will work with Merchandising, Retail, Photo Studio, and Digital teams to deliver a cohesive cross-channel plan and optimize stock and exclusives. 5-7 years of fashion e-commerce buying and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in e-commerce buying, Man RTW and Footwear/Leather Goods background is a plus.
• Excellent reporting and analytic skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledgeable on markets, competitors and trends.
• Ability to communicate with Management and other company functions.
• English (excellent both written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support in defining OTB by store, line & category based on sales and ST% target.
• Forecasting carryover stock estimation and defining assortment depth by sales targets and channel specifics.
• Define commercial packages and eCommerce exclusives opportunities.
• Partner with Collection and Retail Merchandising teams and Local teams to develop a cross-channel strategy.
• Perform structured sales and stock analyses to identify opportunities and assortment gaps with actionable recommendations.
• Pro-actively stock and online catalogue monitor to ensure proper collection representation.
• Cross-functional work on commercial plan definitions and roll-out on digital channels.
• Liaise with Photo Studio and Digital Merchandising to deliver a 360 plan for collection launches.

We are looking for a D-Commerce Buyer for our Moncler Milan office, in Italy.

Your Impact

• Taking part in Moncler Man RTW and Man Footwear, Leather Goods and Small Leather Goods Master Orders ensuring digital needs in all eCommerce regions are covered;
• Support in defining OTB by store, line & category based on sales and ST% target;
• Forecasting of carryover stock estimation;
• Define the right assortment and product depth according to sales target and channel/markets specificities - declined by size;
• Define commercial packages and eCommerce exclusives opportunities;
• Partner with Collection and Retail Merchandising team and Local team to develop a consistent and optimized cross channel strategy;
• Perform structured sales and stock analysis to identify, on a constant base, opportunities and assortment gaps and provide actionable recommendations to maximise sales;
• Pro-actively stock and online catalogue monitor to ensure a proper collection representation;
• Strong Cross Functional continuous work stream focus on commercial plan definition and roll out on digital channel;
• Liaise with Photo Studio for digital representation and work closely with Digital Merchandising and Neswletter team to properly delivery a 360 plan on collection launches;

Qualifications
