Job summary

Moncler Group seeks a Transport Carrier Coordinator to join the Carrier Management Team at our HQ in Trebaseleghe (PD). You will manage relationships with carriers and transport providers globally, develop contracts, and ensure smooth system integration.

You will support Transportation sourcing, tendering, and supplier evaluation, monitor KPIs, analyze transportation data, and drive cost efficiency and service quality across the Group.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field such as supply chain or logistics.
• 5–8 years of experience in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain environments.
• Experience managing carriers and transport providers in international, structured organizations.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with Excel; experience with TMS/ERP systems.

Overview

We are looking for a passionate Transport Carrier Coordinator to join the Carrier Management Team within the Corporate Logistics Department at our HQ in Trebaseleghe (PD).

Your Impact

The Transport Carrier Coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with carriers and transport service providers at a global level, developing and maintaining operational, commercial and contractual agreements, and ensuring effective operational and system integration.

The resource will contribute to the continuous improvement of transportation performance and logistics service quality across the Group.

In Particular, The Transport Carrier Coordinator Will

• Manage relationships with carriers and transport service providers at a global level, ensuring the maintenance of contracts and related documentation through business reviews and day-to-day operational interactions.
• Support the Worldwide Transportation Department in sourcing, tendering and supplier evaluation activities, contributing to operational and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate periodic business reviews with transport providers, monitoring service levels, operational performance and cost efficiency, while defining and tracking improvement plans.
• Manage and contribute to the development of administrative processes, including transportation cost accruals, invoice verification and contract management activities through TMS and other company systems.
• Monitor transportation KPIs and SLAs to ensure compliance with commercial agreements and departmental objectives.
• Analyze transportation data and performance, preparing reports and insights to support management decisions-making.
• Support transportation compliance activities related to Loss Prevention, Sustainability and Business Continuity initiatives.
• Contribute to the implementation of new carriers, transportation services and operational solutions in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualification

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
• 5-8 years of experience in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain environments.
• Proven experience in managing carriers and transport service providers within international and structured organizations, including scouting, tendering and sourcing activities.
• Experience in transportation performance and cost management, including KPI analysis, business reviews and financial control activities.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including advanced Excel skills and experience with TMS and ERP systems.
