PVH Italy is seeking a Retail Allocator to join our HQ Omnichannel Planning & Allocation Team in Milan. This role involves optimizing stock levels in our Retail network and driving commercial success.

Responsibilities include executing allocations, monitoring inventory performance, and collaborating with various teams for seasonal strategies. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of retail allocation experience, preferably in fashion.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of experience in Retail allocation, ideally within the fashion sector.
• Understanding of retail KPIs and inventory management principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Retail Allocator

We are seeking a Retail Allocator to join our HQ Omnichannel Planning & Allocation Team in Milan. The candidate will be responsible for the distribution of merchandise in our Retail network, optimizing stock levels across channels supporting product performance and drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily allocations and replenishments across Retail stores and Local Warehouses based on sales trends, stock levels, and store profiles.
• Monitor inventory performance and propose actions to optimize sell-through and minimize overstock.
• Collaborate with Planning, Merchandising and Visual teams to support seasonal strategies and product launches.
• Analyze store performance and provide insights to improve allocation efficiency.
• Maintain allocation tools and systems, ensuring data accuracy and process consistency.
• Support new store openings and closures with tailored allocation plans.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on product flow and inventory strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Statistic or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Retail allocation, ideally within the fashion sector.
• Understanding of retail KPIs and inventory management principles.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills. Knowledge of Board and Microstrategy will be considered a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
