Mott MacDonald Group, in Genoa, is seeking a Resource Lead to steer staffing and capability development for our Energy Transition team. You will coordinate across project managers and discipline leads to ensure the right skills are available for detailed design, OE and TA services, while supporting recruitment and succession planning.

You will work within a hybrid policy, engaging across a global engineering consultancy with a commitment to talent development and delivering high-quality outcomes

Competenze

• Degree qualified in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in resource management within engineering, energy or infrastructure.
• Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Chartered status or working towards chartership.
• Experience in energy transition sector.
• Experience supporting detailed design, Owner’s Engineer or Technical Advisory services.

• Lead resource planning across Energy Transition detailed design, OE and TA projects.
• Staff projects with the right people and capacity to deliver.
• Forecast workload, monitor utilisation and identify resource gaps or bottlenecks.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning and capability development.
• Coordinate with project managers, technical leads and discipline leads to align resources with delivery needs.
• Contribute to business planning, bid support and efficient deployment of resources across the portfolio.
