Job summary

Bachecalavoro is seeking a passionate Reservations Manager to join Jumeirah Capri Palace for the 2027 summer season in Anacapri. The role focuses on overseeing internal and external service quality, optimizing revenue opportunities, and coordinating with hotel departments to resolve issues.

You will monitor automated reservation systems, train colleagues, manage relationships with external partners, and stand in for the Director of Reservations when required.
