Jumeirah Capri Palace is seeking a Manager Food & Beverage Reservations Manager to lead the reservations function, driving service quality, revenue opportunities, and KPI performance.

The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years in reservations or related hospitality roles, a Bachelor’s in Hotel Management, and fluency in English and Italian, with additional language skills considered an asset. Proficiency in PMS systems is essential.

Competenze

• Experience as Reservations Manager or similar hospitality role is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel management from a recognised university is required.
• Proficiency in Italian and fluency in English; third language is a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee delivery of service, quality, and KPI objectives for reservations.
• Collaborate with hotel reservation teams to maximise revenue and reduce inefficiencies.
• Attend meetings on reservations and share performance insights and trends.
• Monitor automated reservation services for capacity and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with departments to address guest complaints and implement solutions.
• Ensure training of new colleagues in the department and hotels.
• Oversee people management including development, target setting, reviews and performance.
• Prepare and submit monthly KPI reports to the Director of Reservations and Director of Revenue.
• Act as a point of contact for reservations with external partners and maintain relationships.
• Support the Director of Reservations in their absence and perform other duties.

JOB DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager Food & Beverage to join Jumeirah Capri Palace.

• Oversee the delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performances as per Central Reservations KPI objectives.
• Work closely with hotel reservation teams to maximize revenue opportunities and reduce operational inefficiencies.
• Attend meetings related to reservations and share relevant insights on performance and trends.
• Monitor automated reservation services to ensure optimal capacity and resolve any service degradation.
• Monitor and follow up on guest complaints, ensuring relevant solutions are provided by coordinating with other departments.
• Ensure training of new colleagues in the department and hotels is planned and scheduled in advance.
• Oversee all aspects of people management, including development, target setting, reviews, and performance.
• Complete monthly KPI reporting to the Director of Reservations and Director of Revenue for the hotel.
• Act as a point of contact for reservations with external partners, managing and maintaining relationships.
• Act in the absence of the Director of Reservations and perform other duties as required by management.
• 6 - 8 years of e xperience as Reservations Manager or similar role in hospitality
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel management from an accredited and renowned University
• Proficient in Italian and fluent in English, a third language would be an added advantage
• Excellent knowledge of PMS Systems.
