Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in M&A, project finance, transaction advisory, or business analysis.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts (valuation, reporting).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English; Italian a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate DD document checks and completeness across VDR workstreams.
• Support Q&A collection and responses with internal experts and advisors.
• Assist with teasers, process letters and competitive process materials.
• Prepare financial summaries, management presentations and dashboards.
• Act as central coordinator across Development, Legal, Finance and external advisers.
