Metlen Energy & Metals is seeking an Asset Rotation transactions coordinator to oversee sell-side due diligence for renewable assets. You will bridge financial analysis, due diligence coordination, and deal execution, ensuring thorough documentation and timely delivery across VDR, Q&A, and process materials.

You will coordinate across internal teams and external advisers, maintain dashboards, and support senior management with high-quality presentations and reporting.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience in M&A, project finance, transaction advisory, or business analysis.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts (guarantees, reporting, valuation basics).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with external advisors.

• Coordinate document checks and verify outputs across VDR workstreams.
• Coordinate Q&A responses with internal experts and external advisors.
• Support competitive process through teasers, letters, and materials.
• Prepare financial summaries and management reports; maintain audit-ready files.
• Act as central coordination point across Development, Legal, Finance, and external advisors during transactions.
