NextEnergy Capital is seeking an Asset Operations Analyst to ensure regulatory, contractual, and commercial compliance across a dedicated portfolio. The role collaborates with technical, finance, and ESG teams to protect asset value and support the transition to clean energy.

Hybrid role based in Milan with international exposure. You will manage contracts, budgets, and insurance while driving process improvements and ESG reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within renewable energy
• Fluent English and Italian (mandatory); Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and organisational skills

Mansioni

• Lead the management of commercial contracts (PPAs, SPAs, leases, EPC and O&M contracts, market representation agreements)
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle, from onboarding new sites to integrating key terms into our systems
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and licensing requirements
• Prepare revenue budgets, forecasts, and support asset operating plans
• Manage insurance renewals, claims, and landowner relationships
• Support ESG compliance and reporting activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and finance teams
• Drive continuous improvement of contract management processes and tools
