Rochester Executive invites a senior leader to head O&M and Asset Management for its renewables portfolio in Northern Italy. You will drive operational excellence, supervise contracts, and ensure asset profitability while complying with regulatory and environmental standards.

You will manage budgets, develop centralized KPI dashboards, and report to top management and investors, shaping the transformation of the renewable business.

Competenze

• Engineering degree or related field; MBA or master’s in related area is a plus.
• 10+ years experience in Renewable, Utilities, EPC or Asset Management sectors with O&M exposure.
• Strong knowledge of asset performance evaluation, KPIs, and monitoring platforms.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors with executive reporting.

Mansioni

• Oversee O&M of wind, solar PV and storage assets, ensuring availability and safety.
• Supervise O&M contracts and monitor supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage asset profitability and value creation through KPI analysis and budgeting.
• Ensure regulatory, environmental and permitting compliance during operations.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for management and investors.
