Iberdrola in Rome seeks a Grid Specialist to join the Business Development team. You will lead grid connection studies for BESS and utility-scale projects, coordinating with Terna, Enel and other DSOs during permitting and energization phases.

The role requires strong knowledge of Italian grid codes, 4+ years in grid or renewables, and fluency in Italian with English. The position offers a permanent contract with hybrid working and a clear path to growth within a large international group.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical Engineering degree with energy specialization.
• At least 4 years in grid/renewables project development.
• Strong knowledge of Italian grid regulations (TSO/DSO).
• Experience with grid connection studies and permitting.
• Fluent Italian, professional English, Spanish a plus.

Aufgaben

• Define and supervise Grid Connection Solutions for BESS and Utility Scale Projects.
• Liaise with Terna, Enel and other DSOs during permits and energization.
• Follow regulatory framework for BESS and Utility Scale Projects to define grid connection solutions.
• Support CAPEX and Contract Manager for project requirements.
• Analyze grid development plans and coordinate with stakeholders during construction.
