Job summary

Qair Italia develops, builds and operates wind, solar and storage plants in Italy. The Project Development Manager will oversee origination, feasibility assessment, permitting, and Ready to Build handover to Construction, reporting to Head of Development.

Based in Milan or Potenza with periodic presence at the Potenza office and frequent travel to project sites across Italy, this role offers an empowering environment to drive development within scope, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for all aspects of assigned projects at development stage: origination and feasibility assessment, through permitting, up to Ready to Build (RTB) status and handover to Construction.
• Proactively manage the three pillars of development – land, grid and permits – within scope, budget and schedule.
• Work from Milan or Potenza and travel frequently to project sites across Italy.
