Job summary

Uniper is seeking a Project Development Manager for Italy to drive the full development lifecycle of photovoltaic and wind projects. You will coordinate permitting with authorities, landowners, and external partners, and manage technical, regulatory, and design aspects to meet milestones.

Your leadership will steer FID preparation and cross-functional coordination in a dynamic energy environment. The role requires deep knowledge of Italian renewable regulations, strong project management, and

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of project development stages, including permitting and grid connections.
Strong understanding of national/regional regulatory environments for renewables.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in multicultural settings.

Responsibilities

Manage development of PV and Wind projects from pipeline entry to RTB and FID.
Coordinate permitting with authorities, landowners, and consultants.
Oversee technical, permitting, regulatory, contractual and design aspects, addressing development risks.
Lead Final Investment Decision preparation and ensure cross-department coordination.
Support due diligence of new opportunities and assess feasibility and risks.
Coordinate post-RTB activities and ensure outstanding approvals are completed.
