Job summary

Uniper Energy in Lombardy, Italy seeks a Project Development Manager to drive the development of PV and wind projects from pipeline entry to Ready-to-Build and Final Investment Decision.

You will coordinate permitting with public authorities, oversee technical, regulatory and contractual aspects, and lead cross-department collaboration to address risks and ensure timely delivery. Fluency in Italian and English required, experience in Italian energy regulations preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in utility-scale solar and wind project development.
• Experience with permitting, land contracts, and grid connections in Italy.
• Strong communication and coordination with public authorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage development lifecycle from entry in pipeline to Ready-to-Build and FID.
• Coordinate permitting with external co-developers and authorities.
• Oversee technical, regulatory, and contractual aspects, address risks.
• Lead Final Investment Decision preparation and cross-department coordination.
• Support due diligence of new opportunities and assess regulatory feasibility.
• Coordinate post-RTB activities and secondary permitting requirements.
