Job summary

WSP is seeking an early-career Environmental Engineer to join our Power & Energy Services team in Turin, Rome, Milan, Padua, Rende or Pisa. You’ll support renewable energy project development, performing engineering tasks and analyses under senior guidance.

You’ll collaborate with engineers and specialists, contributing to environmental studies, design deliverables and project controls. The role adapts to experience, with growth in technical capability and international exposure.

Qualifications

• A degree in Environmental Engineering.
• At least one year of relevant experience in environmental engineering or related project work.
• Knowledge of regulatory codes, standards and design or layout criteria, with experience in constraint analysis at multiple levels.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, GIS and Microsoft Office. BIM knowledge is preferred but not essential.
• Professional proficiency in Italian and English; ability to communicate clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Engineering analysis: perform defined portions of assignments with prescribed methods.
• Data and technical studies: compile, verify and correlate engineering data and assist with designs and reports.
• Project documentation: support preparation of specifications and controls documentation.
• Digital tools: use computer programs to support analysis, design and deliverables.
• Multidisciplinary coordination: coordinate work with technical colleagues under senior guidance.
