Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist based in Italy to support the deployment of laboratory automation and IT systems across customer environments. You will configure, validate, and integrate diagnostic solutions while delivering on-site and remote training and support.

You will collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D teams to ensure successful project delivery, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Fluency in Italian and English, plus an additional EU language (Spanish, French, or German).
• Willingness to travel 50–70% across Italy or Europe.

Mansioni

• Support the installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers, ensuring effective system adoption and user proficiency.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation improvements.
• Act as a technical expert in automation solutions, supporting both customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards in all implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, PMO, Service, R&D) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of system activities, performance, and continuous improvement actions.
