Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to implement, configure, and optimize laboratory automation and IT solutions within customer environments. The role includes on-site and remote support, training, and cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, PMO, Service, R&D.

Based in Italy, the position offers a remote-working model with travel across Italy and Europe. A strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and high-quality standards is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Fluency in Italian and English, plus an additional EU language (Spanish, French, or German).

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective system adoption.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to optimize laboratory efficiency via automation.
• Act as a technical expert supporting customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D for project delivery.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of system activities and improvements.
