Qualifications

• 2–4 years in digital-asset regulatory compliance or related fields.
• Experience supporting Web3 licensing or authorization processes.
• Knowledge of MiCA, VARA, ADGM FSRA, DFSA frameworks.
• Strong regulatory interpretation and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regulatory consulting projects for CASPs and VASPs.
• Support licensing readiness and authorization processes.
• Develop governance, AML/CFT, cyber, and operational controls for clients.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical compliance templates and recommendations.
