Conio Inc. is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support compliance management and ensure adherence to regulations such as MiCAR and AMLR. This role involves monitoring processes, managing conflicts of interest, and drafting analyses on regulations.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, regulatory expertise, and fluency in institutional dialogues. The position offers a permanent contract with a competitive salary and flexible hybrid work options, including over 60 days of 'Work From Anywhere' per year.

To expand our Compliance team, we are looking for a Compliance specialist with a strong passion for the crypto and blockchain world.

What you will do

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Compliance Management Support: Assist in ensuring regulatory and financial compliance with a focus on MiCAR, GDPR, DORA, and AMLR , including delegated regulations and applicable guidelines. Monitor operational processes with a specific focus on CASP legislative requirements within the EU, managing potential overlaps between different frameworks (including MiFID and PSD2). Support activities related to the implementation of the 231/01 Organizational and Management Model .

Stakeholder Support: Oversee compliance activities by supporting operational functions to ensure the maintenance and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies, ensuring effective regulatory oversight.

Conflict of Interest Management: Assist in identifying and managing conflicts of interest, ensuring the integrity of the corporate compliance program through required controls and reporting.

STOR Management and Drafting: Support the monitoring and management of market abuse prevention, ensuring the reporting of suspicious transactions (internally and externally) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 and related delegated acts.

Complaints Management: Provide support in managing and monitoring the activities of the Complaints Office.

Reporting and Analysis: Draft feasibility studies and analyses on national, EU, and international regulations to support Group operations.
