Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Compliance Counsel based in Italy to ensure digital products, marketing, and AI features meet EU and US regulatory requirements. You will work with Product, Marketing, and other teams to identify compliance risks and support responsible development.

You will monitor regulatory developments, contribute to training, and help implement governance frameworks across the organization. Fluency in English and Russian at least B2 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of EU and US consumer protection and advertising regimes for digital products.

Responsibilities

• Review product specifications for compliance with laws and platform policies.
• Advise Marketing on consumer protection and advertising standards.
• Monitor regulatory developments in EU and US affecting digital products.
• Track sanctions developments and help implement internal policies.
• Contribute to compliance training and internal guidance materials.
• Review AI-enabled features for regulatory risk and governance.
