Jobgether is seeking a Head of Engineer to lead a distributed team focused on Web3, crypto, and digital assets in Italy. You will drive architecture, product conception, and deployment while balancing hands-on development with strategic leadership.

The role requires deep expertise in Solidity, JavaScript, and cloud-based architectures, with a passion for secure, scalable blockchain applications and cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• 7+ years in engineering or tech leadership with team experience.
• 2+ years hands-on blockchain development with Solidity/Ethereum.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain apps, protocols, and Web3 libraries.
• Experience across front-end and back-end technologies (JS/HTML/CSS, etc).
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate into actionable decisions.

• Lead design and implementation of blockchain capabilities with engineering teams.
• Own technical direction across full software lifecycle.
• Develop scalable, reliable applications and databases.
• Build blockchain-based apps using Solidity, JavaScript, Web3.
• Monitor transactions, security, and risk-related activity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align tech with product goals.
• Document solutions and maintain system documentation.
• Set team goals, timelines, and allocate resources.
