Canva is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist for Italy to drive incremental user growth through media buying strategy, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with local teams. You will partner with creative and data teams to improve funnel experiences, run incrementality studies, and optimise campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Fluency in Italian and strong English are expected, with comfortable remote collaboration across markets.

• Proven hands-on experience in media buying and budget management across major platforms with strong media buying principle understanding.
• Strong optimisation mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams to improve performance through structured testing and iteration.
• Cross-channel growth mindset with ability to shift investments for incremental impact.
• Familiarity with MMM, lift studies, and incrementality testing; autonomously design experiments.

Mansioni

• Own day-to-day media buying, optimisation and pacing across multiple channels in Italy, focusing on Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Translate Italy priorities into concrete strategy and plans in partnership with Global Growth Marketing.
• Set the media mix and lead budget allocation review processes; own the experiment roadmap.
• Partner with Data team to run incrementality studies, interpret MMMs, and utilise platform data.
• Translate performance data into clear creative insights and share learnings with Growth Creative pods.
• Actively manage creative rotation, scale top performers and flag refresh needs.
• Evaluate audience segmentation, targeting, and bidding strategies across the region.
• Collaborate with the creative team to maximise TikTok Content Suite and modern formats.
• Lead CRO initiatives across channels and continuously improve funnels to Apps and Web.
• Improve performance marketing systems and workflows with automation and AI tooling.
