Elite Escapes is seeking a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to turn travel dreams into confirmed bookings, whether for a solo trip, group getaway, destination wedding, or family travel. You’ll design custom itineraries and guide clients from inquiry to reservation.

You’ll craft personalized plans, present options, close sales, and manage payments, changes, and upgrades with insider knowledge and timely deals, staying with clients end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills with ability to guide clients to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without missing details.
• Fast learner of new tools: CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.

Responsabilités

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around client budgets and preferences.
• Connect with clients to uncover ideal trips, present options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions on payments, date changes, room upgrades, and add-ons promptly and professionally.
• Stay with clients from planning to post-trip follow-ups and reviews, adding insider knowledge to improve value.
