TeamSystem is seeking a Litigation Specialist on a freelance/contractor basis to support its Legal and Corporate Affairs team. The role includes civil and commercial matters, dispute resolution, and drafting and negotiating contracts.

You will liaise with external counsel and public authorities, manage pre-litigation and payments, and contribute to a fast-paced tech environment. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Law, are admitted to the Bar, and have proven civil litigation experience.

Competenze

• Active Bar registration and license to practice law.
• Prior civil litigation experience in a corporate environment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day legal advice to support civil and commercial matters.
• Participate in out-of-court dispute resolution procedures.
• Manage pre-litigation claims and draft settlement agreements.
• Handle litigation matters and liaise with external counsel.
• Coordinate relations with Public Authorities.
• Assist with drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Oversee payment workflows related to legal processes.
