TeamSystem S.p.A. is seeking a Litigation Specialist to support civil and commercial matters, manage pre-litigation processes, and liaise with external counsel.

This freelance/contractor role requires an active VAT number, Bar admission, and fluent English and Italian. You will handle dispute resolution and drafting of settlements.

TeamSystem offers a flexible hybrid setup with on-site and remote work and Friday afternoons off within a leading European tech company.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M. equivalent) and qualification to practice law (Admitted to the Bar).
• Current active registration with the Bar Association.
• Prior experience in civil litigation.
• Strong disposition to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and constantly growing environment.
• Proactive approach, independence, and ability to work towards target goals.
• Self-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-player attitude.
• Experience in the digital/tech sector and a passion for ICT, particularly new technologies and Digital Transformation, will be considered a plus.
• Fluent English (C1); native or equivalent Italian proficiency.
