Topcon Positioning Group is hiring a hands-on System Test Engineer to validate hardware, firmware and software releases in real field conditions. You will test construction and machine control solutions, troubleshoot issues and collaborate with global teams in lab and field settings.

The role requires experience in testing/validation, strong troubleshooting skills, and good English. Remote work in Italy is supported, with a focus on practical innovation and continuous learning.

Competenze

• Experience in testing, validation, product development or field support.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of serial, CAN, radio or machine-to-machine communication.
• Proficient English; willingness to work in lab, field and international environments.

Mansioni

• Run validation tests in lab and outdoor field environments.
• Test hardware, firmware, software releases and new features.
