Rain is the world''s first AI Financial Health Platform. We are seeking a Tech Lead to join our engineering team on a remote basis. You will translate product requirements into robust technical solutions, lead a multidisciplinary team, and design reliable distributed systems and RESTful APIs for internal admin portals.

You will focus on creating reusable code, drive observability, and collaborate across teams to maximize performance and scalability across Rain''s micro-services architecture.

Competenze

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• You design systems and understand trade-offs between consistency and availability in distributed environments.
• You take ownership from concept to completion and proactively identify challenges and solutions.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Familiar with complex large-scale distributed systems.
