Folks Finance seeks a Senior Backend Engineer to lead the development of liquid staking solutions. You will architect, develop and maintain backend systems to support our liquid staking products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including smart contract and backend engineers, to deliver scalable and reliable infrastructure. You will design staking infrastructure, review code, and stay up-to-date with the latest DeFi trends.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years as Backend/DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Knowledge of blockchain consensus and staking mechanisms.
• Proficient with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.

Mansioni

• Design, implement and maintain staking infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the economics team to identify and analyse staking opportunities.
• Collaborate with blockchain engineers to integrate smart contracts and SDKs for interacting with protocol.
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform code reviews.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in DeFi and blockchain technologies.
