MongoDB Professional Services seeks a Senior Consulting Engineer to join a remote Rome-based team. You will drive technically sophisticated customer initiatives, deliver end-to-end guidance, and act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with product and engineering to shape the roadmap.

You’ll travel up to 15% to customer sites, engage across lifecycle stages, and mentor teams while building deep MongoDB expertise in diverse industries.

Competenze

• 10+ years of software development/consulting/support experience.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Experience with MongoDB and relational databases.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel up to 15% for customer sites.

Mansioni

• Contribute to customer implementations across the full application lifecycle.
• Deliver customer classroom-based training to architect, developer, and operations roles.
• Work as part of a wider delivery team with consulting engineers, PMs and account teams.
• Cultivate MongoDB reputation as a trusted advisor for customers.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence the MongoDB product roadmap.
