Job summary

NEVERHACK is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Customer Service Consultant to support business users during the transition to SAP S/4HANA, focusing on Customer Service and Sales & Distribution processes.

The consultant will bridge business stakeholders and the ERP team, ensuring continuity, adoption, and successful Go-Live and Hypercare activities across global teams. Fluent German is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA deployments, upgrades, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Customer Service operations.
• Experience in process documentation, business analysis, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience as SAP business user or SAP functional consultant.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Fluent German (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Customer Service operations during the SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Customer Order Management; Order Entry and Processing.
• Shipment Follow-up; Invoicing processes; Customer Master Data Management.
• Price List Management; Inventory Management; SAP ATP configuration & validation.
• Data migration support: validate migrated data and assist readiness assessments.
• Training & Change Management: support users and post-go-live coaching.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams; support Hypercare.
