Job summary

Partner company is seeking a SAP TM S/4HANA rollout consultant for an international, fully remote engagement based in Europe. You will lead fit-to-standard assessments, own the functional design for SAP TM on S/4HANA, and drive integrations with SD/MM/EWM/FI-CO across multiple countries and sites.

You will coordinate cutover activities, support testing and hypercare, and help shape the global template for subsequent rollouts. Fluent English and European residency are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP logistics experience.
• Hands-on SAP TM on S/4HANA.
• Experience delivering SAP TM rollout/global template programs.
• Experience with SD/MM/EWM FI/CO integrations.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
• Lifecycle experience incl. testing, cutover, hypercare.
• Remote, multicultural international teams.
• English fluency required; European resident.

Responsibilities

• Lead fit-to-standard and fit-gap assessments for rollout waves.
• Own functional design for SAP TM on S/4HANA.
• Design integrations with SD, MM, EWM, FI/CO.
• Coordinate carrier connectivity and onboarding via EDI.
• Develop functional specs with developers and testers.
• Plan integration and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate cutover, go-live readiness, hypercare.
• Capture lessons learned to improve the global template.
