Job summary

UNICEF is seeking a consultant to revise its Rights & Results Programming learning programme, ensuring alignment with the 2026–2029 Strategy, CPP Guidance, and Future Focus Initiative. The assignment requires updating content, examples, exercises and facilitator materials for online and in‑person delivery, with close collaboration with OSE and UNICEF staff.

The consultant will preserve the core approach while modernising references and activities, ensuring practical, action‑oriented learning

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in Education, Adult Education and Learning, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in adult learning, instructional design and development of learning programmes.
• Experience designing multi‑module learning journeys for online and face‑to‑face delivery.
• Experience with UNICEF or UN country programme learning initiatives is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Revise UNICEF’s Rights & Results Programming learning programme to align with Strategy 2026–2029 and CPP guidance.
• Develop updated content, references, exercises and facilitation materials for online and in‑person delivery.
• Review, validate and finalize the learning package for delivery to UNICEF staff.
• Collaborate with technical experts and stakeholders to ensure high quality, implementable outputs.
